中水对304不锈钢腐蚀的影响分析

摘    要:为研究中水对304不锈钢循环冷却水系统的腐蚀影响,对304不锈钢进行电化学试验,通过试验结果分析浓缩倍率、pH值、Cl-、氨氮对304不锈钢循环冷却水系统腐蚀的影响程度,研究表明浓缩倍率和Cl-质量浓度的增加明显加速了304不锈钢的腐蚀速度,而pH值及氨氮质量浓度变化对304不锈钢的腐蚀速度影响较小。

Abstract:For research on the corrosion influence of reclaimed water on 304 stainless steel circling cooling water water system,this paper studies the electro-chemical test.This paper analyzes the influence degree of concentration ratio,pH value,Cl-,ammonia and nitrogen on the corrosion of 304 stainless steel circling cooling water water system,due to the test results.The research indicates that the increase of concentration ratio and the consistence of Cl-accelerates the corrosion velocity,and the influence of pH value and consistence of ammonia and nitrogen has the less influence velocity on 304 stainless steel.
