摘    要:针对当前馈线自动化(FA)存在过度依赖通信、安全防护难度大、定值参数不能自适应等问题,提出一种考虑单相接地故障处理的自适应重合式FA方法。结合单相接地暂态特征检测原理,制定过流失压跳闸,合闸过流后跳闸并闭锁,短时来电跳闸并闭锁的策略。配合变电站出口保护设计FA逻辑,并基于配电一二次融合成套装置实现多分支多联络配电网的大电流故障和单相接地故障的定位隔离及非故障区供电恢复。最后,基于实时数字仿真器(RTDS)搭建仿真测试平台,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:In view of the problems in the current feeder automation(FA), such as over dependence on communication, difficulty in security protection and self-adaption of setting parameters, etc. , an adaptive reclosure FA method is proposed considering the processing of single phase grounding fault. Based on the transient characteristic detection principle of single-phase grounding, the strategies are formulated by tripping after loss of voltage and over current, quick breaking and latching after closing and over current, tripping and latching after short-time power supply. Combined with the substation protection, FA logic is designed to achieve location, isolation and non-fault area power supply restoration of large current fault and single phase grounding fault in multi-branch and multi-contact distribution network based on primary and secondary integrated equipments of distribution network. Finally, a simulation test platform based on the real time digital simulator(RTDS)is built to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
