变电站自动化分布式通信控制系统的设计

摘    要:在概述了变电站自动化系统的发展历程之后,提出一种新的分布式通信控制系统。整个系统由若干通信子系统通过以太网构成,除具备常规通信管理功能外,还具有元件级自诊断、远方诊断、网络管理、电压无功控制(VQC)、双机热备用等功能。采用多主网络结构,各通信子系统相对独立,避免了硬件的重复设置。以较低造价实现多32位CPU并行高速运行,远优于单CPU,具有很高的可靠性。

Abstract:After reviewing the development of integrated substation autom ation system,this paper presents a schem e about distributed comm unication control system . The whole com munication system consists of several independent subsystems integrated by Ethernet. Besides the function of normal com munication m anagem ent,the system has additional functions such as self- diagnosis,rem ote diagnosis,network management,VQC and dual hot reserve etc. The peer to peer structure facilitates each subsystem to be operated independently with its own definite responsibility and function,which avoids repetitive disposition of hardware. Based on several low - cost high- performance 32 - bit CPU s working together,the system is more reliable than those based on just one CPU .
