升压单元高增益准Z源逆变器

摘    要:与准Z源逆变器相比,开关电感准Z源逆变器具有更高的升压性能,但在新能源发电领域,光伏或燃料电池的输出电压变化范围大,现有的开关电感准Z源逆变器依然存在实际升压能力不高的缺点,在开关电感准Z源逆变器基础上,将开关电感单元中的一个二极管用电容来代替,形成新的升压单元,提出了一种基于新的升压单元的高增益准Z源逆变器。与开关电感准Z源逆变器相比,高增益准Z源逆变器减小了一个二极管的导通压降,可获得更高的增益,并保持了输入电流的连续、输入电压源与逆变桥侧共地的优点。在相同的输入输出条件下,高增益准Z源逆变器减小了桥臂直通时间,降低了系统直通时产生的导通损耗,提高了效率。在实验室中制作了开关电感准Z源逆变器和高增益准Z源逆变器两台原理样机,实验结果验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:Compared to the quasi-Z-source inverter, the switched-inductor quasi-Z-source inverter (SL-qZSI) provides a higher DC-link voltage. But in some new energy power generation systems, the input voltage is environmentally affected and sometimes is too low, the boost ability of SL-qZSI may be still insufficient. By just replacing one of the diodes in the switched-inductor unit with a capacitor, a voltage-lifting unit is formed. This paper deals with a high set-up quasi-Z-source inverter based on the voltage-lifting unit (VL-qZSI). The proposed VL-qZSI has an improved boost factor while retaining the advantages of SL-qZSI, the continuous input current and a common ground with the dc source. This paper presents the operating principle and an analysis on VL-qZSI and has it compared with the quasi-Z-source inverter and SL-qZSI. A prototype of SL-qZSI and VL-qZSI is established in the lab, the experiment results verifying the correctness of the analysis.
