摘    要:将超短期负荷预报(SSTLF)用于电力系统自动发电控制(AGC),让机组出力随时与系统负荷的变化同步,实现了AGC的超前控制,使AGC具有了预见的能力。提出了2种算法:一种是将负荷预报分量作为调节功率处理;另一种是将负荷预报分量作为基本功率处理。这主要取决于AGC控制区域的具体情况。该方法在广东省电网EMS中的实际应用证明是切实可行和有效的。

Abstract:A new automatic generation control (AGC) strategy called AGC--IN-ADVANCE is proposed. It makes traditionalAGC have a predictable capability of making control in advance. The principle is to control generation power changingsimultaneously with the system load variation predicted by super--short--term load forecasting (SSTLF). Based on thesituation of AGC control area, two practical realization methods of this strategy are introduced. One is taking the results ofload forecasting as a regulation component to modify each generation unit's control signal decided by the traditional areacontrol error (ACE), while another is taking that as a basic component for the specified generation units. This approach hasbeen implemented in the EMS of Guangdong Province. It has been shown that it's practical and valid.
