摘    要:研究了发生扰动时带相间功率控制器(IPC)联络线两侧电网间相位相对滑移和异步运行状态的问题。在揭示带IPC联络线电流“对侧占优”准则、论证相对滑移期间联络线电流能够得到有效控制的基础上,得出了对于带IPC联络线可以有条件地容许相位相对滑移与异步运行状态的结论,并指出纯交流条件下特殊形式的异步互联与直流异步互联有某种相似性。

Abstract:The relative phase slippage between the power systems on both sides of the tie line with interphase power controller (IPC) and the asynchronous operation state during the disturbance are researched. The rule for the current variation in tie line, i.e. dominance of opposite side,is expounded. The effective limitation to the current in tie line with IPC during the relative phase slippage is demonstrated. On these bases, a conclusion is drawn that the relative phase slippage and the asynchronous operation state are allowable conditionally for the tie line with IPC. It is also indicated that there is a certain similarity between the special form of the asynchronous interconnection for power systems in pure AC condition and the asynchronous interconnection with DC.
