摘    要:列举了在非全相运行状态下线路保护设计和实现中应考虑的问题.使用零序、负序分量的继电保护方案应被闭锁或做一定改进.在非全相运行期间可能发生系统振荡,此时,距离元件和方向元件的特性会变坏.文中针对这种情况的一些具体实践措施进行了深入讨论.

Abstract:There are some problems in design and implementation of line protection schemes under open-pole operations listed in the paper. Schemes that employ zero or negative sequence relays should be blocked or modified. Power system swings can happen during the open-pole period. At this time,the operating characteristics of distance elements and directional elements may deteriorate. Some concrete measures used to solve the mal-operation are deeply discussed in this paper.
