摘    要:单个磁传感器非接触式测量电流容易受到干扰磁场的影响,通过使用多个磁传感器组成的阵列进行非接触式电流测量可以排除干扰的影响.在建立多传感器阵列测量模型的基础上,提出基于卡尔曼滤波的非接触式多传感器电流测量,并介绍了状态值最优估计和最优稳态滤波算法.为了减少传感器个数,提高实用性,提出次优稳态滤波算法.在不同的干扰情况下,对该算法进行了仿真和实验.结果说明基于卡尔曼滤波的信号处理算法,不但可以降低环境影响带来的误差,而且减轻了多传感器非接触式电流测量的计算负担.

Abstract:As the performance of the electric current measurement using single magnetic sensor is greatly influenced by the interference magnetic field, magnetic sensor array is applied to the non-contact electric current measurement in order to eliminate the impact of the interferences. In this paper, a method based on Kalman filtering is proposed as the signal processing technique for the non-contact electric current measurement using magnetic sensor array in terms of the model of magnetic sensor array developed. Then the optimal estimation algorithm and the optimal steady-state filtering are presented. Moreover, the sub-optimal steady-state filtering with fewer sensors is introduced because it is more practical. Simulations and experiments on the performance of the sub-optimal filtering are carried out under the conditions of different interferences. The results show that the Kalman filtering based signal-processing algorithm not only reduces the measurement error due to the environment uncertainties, but also lessens the computational burden of the non-contact electric current measurement using magnetic sensor array
