摘    要:电动汽车充电站作为电动汽车重要配套基础设施,直接影响电动汽车行驶的便利性和经济性,站址规划是否合理成为电动汽车能否普及的关键因素之一。为了提高充电站的覆盖率和服务率,文中基于出行链思想对出行者空间行为特性进行分析,建立了电动汽车空间充电需求模型,以充电需求为衡量站址合理性的指标之一进行站址优化,然后基于Voronoi思想,利用免疫算法建立充电站站址选择模型,从而得到充电站合理布局规划结果,扩大了电动汽车可充电范围,提高了充电站的服务率。

Abstract:Electric vehicle(EV)charging stations are important infrastructures which directly influence the convenience and economy of EVs. The rationality of charging station location is one of the key factors which can decide the popularity of EVs. In order to improve the coverage and service rate of charging stations, the features of EVs are analyzed and a model for EVs' charging demand is developed based on the travel chain. The charging demand is set as one of the indices to optimize the charging station location. Then, based on the idea of Voronoi, the immunity algorithm method is used to develop the model of charging station location for obtaining the rational distribution of the charging stations. The optimized results have enlarged the range of charging while improving the service rate of the station.
