摘    要:通过对电力系统异步运行状态的分析,提出了利用振荡中心电压的变化特征来判断系统失步的失步解列装置.该装置的判据简单明确、概念清晰,可以判别加速性失步和减速性失步,并自动适应系统结构的变化和运行方式的变化.

Abstract:Through analysis of the out of step operation of power systems, a new out of step splitting device is proposed. Based on the changing track of the voltage of oscillation center, this device can distinguish accelerating out of step from decelerating out of step, and it can adapt to the change of system network and system operating mode.
