水电机组数字化及其工程应用

摘    要:利用现代建模技术、计算机技术和网络技术,将水轮发电机组的技术资料、专家知识、专家经验、运行状态等转化为数字化信息,并且要求这些数字化信息不仅可以供人们采用仿真技术查阅,而且可以被智能化设备识别和使用,为专家系统提供信息化资源。在此基础上,集成状态分析和诊断功能构成的机组数字化及状态分析与诊断系统在葛洲坝电厂6台机组上得到应用,并建立了葛洲坝枢纽电站和变电站状态监测与诊断广域网络系统,实现了远程监测与诊断。

Abstract:The technical documents,the experts' knowledge and experience,and the operating states of hydro-turbine generator sets are digitized with modern modeling and simulation as well as computer and network techniques.The digital information can be understood not only by human experts but also by intelligent equipment.They are extensively employed in the condition analysis and diagnosis of hydraulic generating facilities.A digitized condition analysis and diagnosis system of hydro-turbine generator sets has successfully been developed and applied in 6 sets at Gezhouba Hydropower Plant.A wide area network for condition monitoring and diagnosis of hydro power stations and substations at Gezhouba has been established.The condition monitoring and diagnosis can be carried out remotely.This system has made significant contributions to prevention of unexpected facility outage and performing condition based maintenance.
