智能配电网优化调度设计及关键技术

摘    要:含多类型分布式电源和多样性负荷的智能配电网迫切需要优化调度以实现各种资源的优化配置,近些年配电自动化系统和信息系统的建设也为配电网优化调度的实现提供了基础。根据智能配电网实际需求,文中提出了配电网优化调度设计框架,以实现对智能配电网多种元素的全局优化调度。首先分析了配电网态势感知和配电网运行趋势分析两个配电网优化调度基础技术,然后提出了配电网优化调度的总体目标,给出了配电网优化调度的框架设计和基本功能,主要包括优化手段、优化内容、人工决策等方面,并分析了实现配电网优化调度的6项关键技术。

Abstract:Smart distribution network contains multiple types of distributed generation and diversity of load. Optimal dispatch is an urgent need to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. In recent years, the construction of distribution automation systems and information systems provide the foundation for the optimal operation of distribution network. From smart distribution network actual needs, the optimal dispatch architecture is built in order to achieve globally optimized dispatch to the variety of intelligent distribution network elements. Based on two technologies, which include distribution network situational awareness and operation trend analysis, the overall optimal dispatch for distribution network is put forward. The technical framework and main functions of distribution network optimization and dispatch are given, including situational awareness, optimizations, content optimization and artificial decision. In order to achieve optimal dispatch for smart distribution network, six key technologies are need to be broken through.
