摘    要:完成了具有一定规模的实际配电网安全域(DSSR)实证研究,并应用于该电网的夏季大负荷分析。首先,简要介绍了现有的DSSR概念和理论,并针对调度部门需求对安全评价方法与安全控制方法进行了实用化改进。其次,在天津市核心城区选择了一个4.82km2的完全配电自动化覆盖的配电网,根据电网数据计算出该电网的安全边界方程,再进一步验证了该安全边界在电网运行中是实际存在的。最后,基于DSSR对夏季大负荷数据进行了安全分析,并将分析结果与已有安全分析报告对比。对比表明,计算得到的安全边界准确地反映了该电网的N-1安全运行范围,对于夏季大负荷的分析结果也与实际情况相符。

Abstract:Empirical research in the distribution system security region(DSSR)of an actual distribution network is completed for the first time, and applied to the security analysis during the summer peak load. To begin with, the definition and method of DSSR is briefly introduced, in which the security assessment and security control method are improved according to the requirement of the dispatching department. Secondly, a distribution network that covers 4. 82 km2 with complete distribution automation in the core urban area of Tianjin is selected to calculate the security boundary, further verifying the existence of security boundary. Finally, security analysis of summer peak load is carried out based on DSSR, with the results compared with the existing security analysis report. The comparison shows that security boundary can describe the range of N-1 secure operation accurately and the results of security analysis of peak load of summer are in agreement with the actual situation.
