关于CPS应用的学术讨论

摘    要:由《CPS及其考核在北美与国内的应用比较》一文,引出对于频率考核和频率控制性能评价的时段、频率考核方法以及提高CPS1分值的方法和结论等方面的学术讨论。同时,指出在对频率控制方法作出调整时,应结合当前中国电网的实际情况仔细研究,审慎修改。

Abstract:As a spin-off from the paper"Comparison of CPS and Its Assessment Between North America and China",some academic discussions are held about frequency checking and control performance assessment periods,frequency checking method,methods of improving the CPS1value,and drawing of conclusions.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that when making an adjustment of the frequency control method,investigations should carefully be made by referring to the actual conditions of China’s power grids prior to circumspect modification.
