双向互动的省地协调电压控制

摘    要:设计并实现了双向互动的省地协调电压控制系统.以"互动化"为核心理念,提出了双向互动的省地协调电压控制模式.引入省地协调控制代理,构造分布式协调电压控制多智能体架构.选择省地关口无功和关口电压作为协调变量,将省地协调控制转化为对省地关口运行状态的协调控制,省调代理生成关口电压控制能力约束和关口无功控制需求约束,地调代理生成关口无功控制能力约束和关口电压控制需求约束,协调代理综合考虑各代理提出的控制能力约束和控制需求约束,生成协调控制策略,供省、地各级代理执行.该系统已在江苏电网投入运行,并取得了明显的控制效果.

Abstract:An automatic voltage coordinated control system by coordination between provincial and district power networks is designed and implemented. The automatic coordinated control mode is designed based on bidirectional-interaction. A coordinated control agent is introduced, and the multi-agent system coordination structure is proposed.
