多媒体和光纤网络在变电站自动化中的应用

摘    要:将多媒体技术应用于变电站监控系统,把遥视与遥控、遥信、遥测等传统技术相结合可构成新一代变电站自动化系统,实现真正的变电站无人值守。结合变电站的实际情况,分析多媒体光纤网络在无人监控变电站中的应用方案。采用高速以太网技术组网和数据优先发送机制可以保证图像的同步传输。建立二级图像库,可完成对视频图像的管理和控制。

Abstract:This paper presents that the multimedia technology is applied in subst ation monitoring and controlling system. By connecting remote video with traditional monitoring technologies. such as remote control. remote signal and remote metering. a new generation of substation automation system can be constituted, and real ll nmanned substation can be realized. Combined to the practice of substation. the application scheme of multimedia opt ical fiber network in unmanned substation is analyzed. Network using high--speed Ethernet technology and data transmission rn echanisrn with the high priority can ensure video images transferred synchronously. Two--grade database management method is adopted to execute control and management for video images. This is a subproject supported by National Science and Technology Key Project (N o. 85--720--22--01).
