摘    要:提出了配电网节能潜力定量评估的总体思路和具体实施方案,从抽样微观分析和全网宏观统计两方面入手,首先借助专用软件PSAS对所选线路分别计算9项优化措施的节能潜力,而后经匹配整合评估每条线路综合节能潜力;在对抽样线路进行节能潜力分级和全网特征类比处理后,通过比例加权得到全网节能潜力指标.所提出的评估体系既能够宏观掌握配电网...
