摘    要:基于耦合电感的输入电流连续的高增益准Z源逆变器(CL-qZSI),继承了传统Z源逆变器的优点,未增加无源器件数量,可获得更高的升压比;针对CL-qZSI,介绍了该类逆变器的拓扑推衍及其工作原理,在二极管及电容电压应力、匝比和直通占空比对升压因子的影响及耦合电感体积方面做了详细的比较,对比分析了该类逆变器各拓扑的性能。针对实验室原理样机的实验结果证明了该原理的正确性。

Abstract:Coupled-inductor based high gain quasi-Z-source inverters with continuous input current(CL-qZSI)can yield a higher boost ratio without increasing passive devices for the advantages of traditional Z-source inverter inherited. Topology derivation and working principles of the coupled-inductor based quasi-Z-source inverter are analyzed at length. Detailed comparisons of voltage stress of Z-source capacitors and diode are made and the effect of turn ratio and shoot-through duty cycle on the boost factor as well as the volume of coupled inductors and performance of CL-qZSI topologies are treated. The principle based prototype in the lab has verified the correctness of theoretical analysis. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(No. 51577164).
