摘    要:随着电力工业解除管制,原先组织化垂直整合的电力公司变成相互独立和受市场规则驱动的经济实体,电力系统运行优化工具-最优潮流的地位发生了显著变化,文中从分析最优潮流本质特性着手,介绍了它在实时电价与辅助服务定价,输电费用计算,网络阻塞管理,可用传输容量估计等方面的研究成果,综合了过去尚未解决的问题,针对在电力市场新体制下出现的问题指出最优潮流今后的研究方向。

Abstract:As the electric energy industry is deregulated, the previously regulated and vertically integrated utilities become independent and market driven entities, the functions of the optimization operation tool-Optimal Power Flow(OPF) will be enhanced. This paper analyses the technique and economic merit of OPF at first, and then gives full presentation of recent research achievement for OPF in power market circumstances. The development in several application areas of OPF is especially discussed, such as spot price calculation, ancillary service pricing, congestion management, transmission costing, and available transfer capability determination. Finally, based on some open problems and new conceptions in the power market, the direction of future research for OPF is summarized in the paper.
