梯级水电厂生产实时决策信息系统设计与开发

摘    要:论述了水电流域梯级电厂生产实时决策管理信息系统的设计与开发。介绍了该系统的总体主主要功能,重点阐述了数据通信及处理子系统、ON-CALL远程寻呼子系统的设计思想和实施方法。该智能化实时信息系统是以计算机为工具,以现代通信等措施为手段,以电企业生产调度决策管理系统中,实现了电力生产过程的控制,数据信息的传递生产信息的记录等。实践表明,该系统提高了企业的现代化管理水平及电力生产效率。

Abstract:Real-tim e decision-m aking and m anagem entsystem forproduction inform ation in valley cascadehydropow erstation is designed and developed. This paper introduces its m ain structure and functions, and em phasizes the design thought and im plem entation m ethod of the data com m unication, process subsystem and the ON-CALL rem ote calling subsystem . By m eans ofcom puternetw ork and m odern com m unication technology, the intellectualized real-tim e inform ation system realizes the controlofelectricity production process, the transfer ofdata inform ation and the record ofproduction inform ation in the production dispatching decision-m aking and m anagem entsystem ofpow ergeneration enterprise. The operation resultshow s that the developed system is stable, reliable and practical, and im proves m odern m anagem ent and productive efficiency of electricpower generation enterprise.
