| 摘 要： | 论述了电网调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)的功能要求和设计原则，就DTS的组成部分和对支持系统的要求提出了看法，对各级各类电力调度部门建设DTS时的软、硬件配置及功能要求做了说明，最后阐明了DTS的适用范围和实施条件，并讨论了DTS在其他领域的应用。

| Abstract: | The function specification and deslgn principle for building a dispatcher training sirnulator (DTS) are described.The composition. general requirement. the relation with EMS and the training mode of DTS are presented in authors'opinions. The requlrements of software support platform for DTS are listed. The configuration of hardware and software andthe function of the DTS for dlfferent dispatching centers are illustrated. Finally. the scope of application and the requirementfor implementation of the DTS are described. The possible application in other fields is also discussed. |
