摘    要:介绍一个为省级电网开发的多功能多目标专家系统,它能安排系统的日发电计 划并对所辖厂站的检修申请进行批答。该系统将常规软件和智能程序有机地结 合在一起,其间的协调和管理则由一套智能黑板来实现。针对两个具有特殊接 线的厂站专门建立了独立的神经网络进行推理。为了提高软件的实用性,还开 发了一套相对独立的数据库及其管理系统以适应网络的发展变化并传递实际 电网的运行信息。整套系统在IBM-PC386上用C语言开发完成并已投 入实际运行

Abstract:A multi-functional expert system for power system generation planning and equipment overhauling arrangement is developed and presented in this paper. The following features can be identified in this expert system:1. The expert system combines the conventional numerical calculation programs and the artificial intelligent programs. 2. Both the deep knowledge and the heuristic knowledge are used in the developed system.3.The system is highly modularized. A management method (intelligent blackboard) is proposed and realized to coordinate the individual modules in the expert system.4.A powerful database and its management system are developed. It dan receive the on-line realtime information of power system. Using of a so-called correlative data access technique greatly increases the processing speed of the expert system.5.The system has very friendly used man-machine interface with the help of menus. The whole system is developed in C language and running on IBM-PC 386 environment.
