摘    要:文中建立了月度检修计划的发输电一体优化决策模型,提出了高效的分解协调算法.模型的优化目标旨在最大化满足设备的检修需求,并将其转化为等效的检修意愿成本曲线;通过精准辨识起作用的决策变量,实现了发输电检修计划的分解协调计算,有效地降低了问题求解规模,避免了算法振荡.采用多个算例验证了模型与算法的可行性与高效性.
