摘    要:为未来电动汽车充电站建设提供研究思路和理论支持,文中运用动态交通网络思想建立了基于硬时间窗约束下的充电站布局及最佳规模确定的多目标优化模型,该模型将充电者充电成本和充电站投资者成本最小化作为优化目标。提出了求解该模型的两阶段启发式算法。在此基础上,通过一个算例验证了所提模型的准确性和有效性。

Abstract:To provide the theoretical support and ideas for charging station construction,a dynamic traffic network method is used to build a multi-objective optimization model with a hard time window constrains to obtain the optimal distribution and scale of electric vehicles’ charging stations.In this model,the minimum of capital cost and charging cost is treated as the optimization objective,and a two-phase heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve this model.Finally,case studies on a simple example verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model.
