| 摘 要： | 在华东500 kV电网建设基于IEC 61850标准的3层数字化变电站具有重大意义，其技术难度超过现有的数字化变电站。以兰溪变为例，其3层结构除互感器仍采用硬接线外，断路器采用就地布置智能操作箱，实现断路器的智能化，保护之间的联系、保护和测控与开关之间的联系、保护和测控装置与监控后台和故障信息系统的联系、测控装置之间的联闭锁都采用基于IEC 61850标准的网络。探讨了数字化变电站建设中的建设方案、工程应用模式、组网方式和保护配置等问题。
