摘    要:过程层二次回路验证是智能变电站二次系统调试的重点内容,通过研究智能变电站二次回路文件与过程层调试项目的关系,提出了基于二次回路文件比对的过程层调试方案和安全措施生成方法。此方法从数据链路、通信参数、数据通道等方面分析不同版本配置文件中二次回路的差异,根据二次回路的差异类型制定相应的调试项目,再对整组试验设备相关的二次回路进行关联性分析,划分试验设备和运行设备的分界面,有效指导改扩建工程二次系统调试及安全措施的制定。

Abstract:Verification of secondary circuits in process levels plays a significant role in the commissioning of smart substation secondary systems. According to comparison of secondary circuit files, this paper proposes an approach to generation of commissioning schemes for the process level and safety measures by analyzing the relationship between the secondary circuit file and commissioning items. In terms of data links, communication parameters, and data channels, an analysis is made on the differences of secondary circuits in configuration files of different versions, and then the corresponding commissioning items are determined based on the differential secondary circuits. The secondary circuits associated with devices in the sub system commissioning are analyzed to divide the security interfaces between testing devices and operational devices. The approach presented is expected to provide effective guides for the secondary system commissioning of smart substation extension and reconstruction projects as well as adoption of safety measures.
