程序化操作变电站扩建问题探讨

程序化操作变电站在扩建后新增操作票往往会涉及已经运行的间隔，由于扩建变电站不具备对这些操作票进行实际传动的条件，因而程序化操作过程的正确性得不到保证。从程序化操作方案角度出发，以间隔测控装置作为程序化操作服务器，操作票以间隔为单位进行分解，间隔测控装置负责本间隔操作票的存放及执行，跨间隔的操作由相关间隔的操作票组合管理和执行，可将变电站扩建后对程序化操作的影响降低到最小。
