摘    要:利用面向对象的实时数据库直接存储公用信息模型(CIM)的方法构建遵循标准的系统,以避开模型转换,提高效率。从CIM建立、基于组件接口规范(CIS)的多层访问接口、支持可扩展置标语言(XML)格式的导入/导出工具、基于CIM的数据浏览工具、混合平台的解决方案等方面入手,介绍一个支持CIM的面向对象实时数据库管理系统RCS-9001 RTOODBMS的设计与实现。

Abstract:The development of object-oriented technology and the emergence of IEC 61970 EMS-API standard have had deep effects on the standardization of the supporting platform of power system. A new promising way is put forward, in which a system conforming the IEC 61970 standard is constructed by the method of object-oriented real-time database directly storing common information model (CIM), so no mapping between data models is needed and high efficiency is ensured. The design and implementation of an object-oriented real-time database management system named RCS-9001 RTOODBMS is introduced from such aspects as the building of CIM, multi-layer data accessing interface based on component interface specification (CIS), various graphical toolkits for modeling and browsing CIM compliant data and scheme for heterogeneous platform.
