摘    要:需求侧资源参与电网有功调度是消纳风电的重要方式之一,但价格型需求响应的不确定性又会对电网调度产生重要影响。为分析该影响,文中首先分析了负荷响应量、负荷自弹性系数和电价激励水平对价格型需求响应不确定性的影响,并建立了分时电价下的负荷模糊响应模型。在此基础上,考虑价格型需求响应、风电出力和系统负荷的不确定性,建立了考虑风电消纳效益的电力系统源荷互动日前模糊优化调度模型。根据模糊规划理论,对模糊期望约束和模糊机会约束进行了等效处理,等效后的模糊优化问题可以转换为确定性优化问题,并分析了价格型需求响应不确定性对电力系统日前优化调度的影响。通过仿真算例验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:An important way to improve the accommodation rate of wind power is taking demand side resources as power system dispatch resources. However, the uncertainty of price-based demand response has a great impact on power system dispatch. To figure out the mechanism, the important factors influencing the uncertainty of price-based demand response are analyzed first, and a fuzzy load-price response model under the circumstance of time-of-use price is developed. Considering the uncertainty of price-based demand response, wind power output and load forecast, a fuzzy day-ahead source-load coordinated optimization model with wind power consumptive benefits taken into account is built. According to the fuzzy scheduling theory, some equivalent treatments are done to translate the fuzzy expectation constraints and fuzzy chance constraints into their certainty forms. The influence of price-based demand response uncertainty on day-ahead optimization dispatching in the power system is analyzed via the simulation results.
