摘    要:针对现有微机五防装置不能识别输电线对端接地刀闸状态可能导致带地刀合闸误操作的问题,提出一种反映接地刀闸状态的输电线合闸站间闭锁系统.通过采集对端接地刀闸状态信息,发出闭锁或解锁命令给本侧断路器合闸控制回路,实现断路器的地刀未拉开闭锁,防止误操作事故的发生,提高电力系统的运行可靠性.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that existing micro-computer based five-prevention devices cannot distinguish the state of grounding knife switch(GKS) at the other end of transmission line,which may result in mal-operation of closing GKS,a transmission line closing inter-station locking system which reflects the state of GKS is proposed.Through acquisition of GKS state information at the other end,locking or unlocking commands are issued to breaker close-switching control circuit of primary end,the locking of breaker...
