摘    要:鉴于现有的配电网故障恢复算法普遍存在着计算速度慢或难以搜索到全局最优解的问题,提出了一种基于改进二进制粒子群算法的配电网故障恢复算法。首先采用等效负荷模型简化网络;在确定目标函数时,引入了层次分析法求解各指标的权重值,较之传统的经验确定法更符合实际;然后从惯性权重和学习因子的选取及粒子相似性控制2个方面对基本二进制粒子群算法进行了改进。算例分析表明,文中所提出的方法计算速度快,易收敛到全局最优解,能有效地求解配电网故障恢复问题。

Abstract:Conventional methods for service restoration in distribution systems are undesirable because they may be time-consuming or the solution found is locally optimal. To remedy such a situation, a restoration method based on improved binary particle swarm optimization is proposed. To begin with, an equivalent load model is used to simplify the distribution network and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of each index is then adopted in the process of forming the object function, which is more agreeable in practice than the conventional empirical method. Last but not least, the binary particle swarm optimization method is improved in two aspects: one is the selection of the inertia weight and learning factor, the other is the control of particle similarity. The results of a case study show that the method proposed has high calculating speed and convergence and can effectively solve the problem of service restoration.
