摘    要:中点电位的平衡是保证中点钳位型三电平变换器安全可靠运行的必要条件。因此,提出了一种可在全功率因数、全调制度范围内维持中点电位平衡的调制策略。该调制策略的特征为在1个开关周期内只有3次开关动作,并提出了适合于该调制策略的中点电位恢复算法。与基于载波的脉宽调制和虚拟空间矢量调制方法相比,所提出的调制策略能在很大程度上降低开关损耗,并且具有较好的输出电压波形质量和较强的中点电位控制能力与恢复能力。最后,通过实验对比了现有的调制策略,验证了所提调制策略的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:The balanced neutral point(NP)potential is a necessary condition for the safe and reliable operation of neutral point clamped three-level converter. This paper proposes a modulation strategy, which can maintain the balanced NP potential in the full power factor and full modulation index ranges, and featured with only three switching actions in one switching cycle. An NP potential recovery algorithm suitable for the proposed modulation strategy is also proposed. Compared with the carrier-based pulse width modulation and the virtual space vector modulation strategies, the proposed modulation strategy can reduce the switching loss to a great extent, and has good output voltage waveform quality and strong NP potential control and recovery capabilities. Finally, the proposed modulation strategy is compared with other existing modulation strategies by experiments to verify its feasibility and superiority.
