摘    要:微机保护装置的硬件可靠性已得到了很大提高,不同保护原理及配置方式已成为影响可靠性的主要因素。目前尚缺乏相应的可靠性模型,为此提出了一种新的计及不同保护配置模式的保护系统可靠性评估模型。基于马尔可夫方法,考虑2种故障模式即误动和拒动状态,推导出可以评估不同保护配置方案的可靠性模型,可计算保护系统误动和拒动的概率,为完善电网风险分析及可靠性评估方法提供了可用数学方法。算例证明了所提出方法的正确性。

Abstract:Since the hardware reliability of microcomputer protection relays has been greatly enhanced, the main factors that influence the protection system reliability are protection principles and configurations. To assess the reliabilities of different protection principles and configurations, a novel reliability model is proposed. Based on the Markov method and considering two failure modes (false-function and fail-function), the new reliability model is derived. The method can be used to calculate the probability of false-function and fail-function. The method also provides a mathematical way to improve the system risk assessment and reliability analysis. The results of case study prove the correctness of the model.
