摘    要:微电网是一种集成分布式电源、储能装置、能量转换装置、负荷、监控与保护装置等的小型发配用电系统,属于典型的信息物理系统。对微电网内各个单元的协调优化控制很大程度上依赖安全可靠的信息系统,信息系统的失效将很有可能影响微电网的安全稳定运行。文中提出了一种旨在量化信息系统元件故障和信道质量对微电网运行可靠性影响的分析方法,首先建立信息系统静态连接模型和动态传输模型,然后运用蒙特卡洛方法模拟微电网信息物理系统的运行过程,以电量不足期望和失负荷概率为指标,量化分析信息系统的不可靠对微电网运行可靠性的影响,并重点针对信息系统元件故障率和信道质量水平两方面的影响因素进行了灵敏度分析。算例结果验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract:Microgrid, which integrates distributed generators, energy storage systems, energy conversion devices, load, and monitoring and protection devices, is a typical cyber-physical system. The coordinated control of each unit in the microgrid mainly relies on the reliable information system. Once the failure of information system happens, the microgrid operation reliability will be affected. This paper presents a method of quantitatively analyzing the influence of the information system component failure and channel quality on the microgrid operation reliability. Firstly, the static link model and the dynamic transmission model of the information system are established. Then the operation process of the microgrid is simulated by the Monte Carlo method. With the expected energy not supplied(EENS)and the loss of load probability(LOLP)as indices, the influence of the information system on the microgrid operation reliability is quantitatively analyzed. In the light of the information system component failure and the channel quality, the sensitivity analysis of the microgrid operation reliability is carried out. Numerical example results verified the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
