摘    要:讨论规划建设、预防控制、继电保护、紧急控制、校正控制和恢复控制等各道防线内部的优化,以及不同防线之间在物理约束空间、控制对象空间、控制实施时间上的协调。建立一体化的非线性时变混合规划模型,即在满足各种安全稳定约束下的最小风险问题。由于同一个控制措施可能对不同的失稳模式产生相反的效果,前向摆动与反向摆动对稳定控制也有冲突的要求,不同的扰动对预防控制可能有冲突的要求,因而需要各道防线之间的协调来解决稳定控制的可行性问题。又由于不同控制防线的经济特性不同,它们之间的协调对于稳定控制的经济性也非常重要。有关的理论及工程应用研究是电力系统分析和控制领域中永恒的课题。

Abstract:Optimization of preventive control in system planning stage, preventive control in on-line operation stage, protection relay, emergency control, corrective control and recovery control is investigated respectively in this paper; coordination of various defense-lines is explored from viewpoints of deferent stabilities, control spaces and execution time. A unified model for such a time-varying nonlinear hybrid programming is built, the goal of that is to find the solution with the minimum control cost under various constraints of stabilities. The coordination is not only helpful for reducing the cost, but also necessary if there are conflicts of control requirements for different unstable modes. Operational experiences of on-line dynamic security assessments and preventive control, adaptive optimal emergency control and corrective control in China are introduced briefly as well.
