| 摘 要： | 为提高电网事故分析的水平及继电保护和故障录波器等设备的管理水平，提出了基于Internet/Intranet的电网继电保护及故障信息管理系统。该方案采用标准的保护通信协议及基于消息队列的传输平台，采用Web的发布形式，最后对继电保护信息系统中的常规应用和高级应用如定值核对，故障测距等提出了应用展望。 |

| Abstract: | Based on Internet/ Intranet,an autom atic management inform ation system for protective relaying and faultrecorder is introduced to im prove the event analysis level.The standard transm ission protocols for the information interfaces of protection equipment are adopted and a transm ission platform of IBM MQ and the Web technology are selected.At last,the conventional and advanced applications of protective relaying such as setting check and fault location are discussed. |
