摘    要:首先分析了现有电气距离定义在无功电压控制分区研究中的不足,通过考虑PV节点准稳态物理响应的灵敏度计算,构造了无功源控制空间。在这个空间中,待分区节点坐标的每一维表示了相应无功源节点对它的控制能力,从而将原有的电网分区问题转换为数学上的高维空间聚类问题。在此基础上,提出了新的电气距离定义,利用凝聚的层次聚类算法,对无功电压控制的分区问题进行研究,分别针对IEEE 39节点试验系统和实际电力系统数据进行了分析计算。该算法已经在江苏省调度中心的二级电压控制系统中得到了实际应用。

Abstract:The shortcoming of traditional definition of electrical distance recently used in power network partitioning for secondary voltage control is discussed. Based on a quasi-steady-state sensitivity of voltage w.r.t. Mvar output, a concept of Mvar control space is presented. In this control space, the sensitivity of a load node voltage to a Mvar source reactive power is defined as the component of the coordinate for the load node, which denotes the control ability of certain reactive power source, and by this way the problem of power network partitioning can be transformed into a clustering analysis problem in a high-dimension space. Electrical distance on this space is defined and a hierarchical clustering method is adopted to solve the problem of power network decomposition. Finally, some digital test results for an IEEE 39-bus system and a real-life power network are presented. This method has been applied to a secondary voltage control system in a provincial control center in China.
