新型双钳口接地电阻在线测量仪

摘    要:对常用的几种接地电阻测量仪器例如传统的“摇表”以及单钳口接地电阻测量仪等进行了比较分析,指出了它们在使用中的缺点。设计了一种新的双钳口接地电阻在线测量仪,该仪器以C8051F006单片机为控制核心,采用交流变频测量法,实现了接地电阻的准确在线测量,而且不需要辅助地极和断开设备接地线。着重介绍了该仪器的工作原理以及硬软件设计。现场使用表明,该仪器具有成本低、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、功耗低及自动化程度高等优点,能够完全替代同类进口产品。

Abstract:Based on a comparison between several conventional grounding resistance measuring instruments such as the megger and the grounding resistance measuring instrument with a single jaw and an analysis of their shortcomings in practice, a new kind of grounding resistance measuring instrument with double jaw is proposed. With C8051F006 as its core and adopting the measuring method based on AC variable frequency, the new instrument is capable of performing accurate on-line measurement of grounding resistance without the use of auxiliary ground rods and disconnecting the ground. The principles, hardware and software design of the instrument is introduced in detail. Field application shows that the instrument has the advantages of low cost, high-precision, strong anti-interference capability, low power consumption, and a high degree of automation, enabling it to completely replace imported products of its kind.
