摘    要:配电网运行方式在正常运行、检修和故障3种不同状态下需要重点解决各自不同的问题,分别需要不同的优化目标进行运行方式优化计算。基于层次分析方法综合评估配电网设备运行状态、技术性和经济性,建立层次分析模型,并通过方案属性决策向量表以及属性权重判断矩阵获得正常运行、故障、检修3种状态下的综合评价指标,将其应用于配电网3种不同状态下的运行方式优化目标。提出了一种多目标的配电网运行方式优化计算方法,以改进的IEEE 69节点配电网为算例,通过遗传算法进行优化计算验证了指标和算法的可行性。

Abstract:In three different states of the distribution network operation mode,the operation state,the maintenance state and the fault state,there will be different problems to solve,and there are different optimization objectives each requiring optimization calculation of the operation mode.To comprehensively evaluate the equipment operation,technology and economy of the distribution network,an analytic model based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method is developed,the comprehensive evaluation indices of the normal operation state,the fault state and the maintenance state are obtained through the table of decision vectors of scheme properties and the matrix of properties weights.The model is applied in three different states of distribution network operation mode optimization objectives and a multi-objective optimization of distribution network operation mode calculated with the genetic algorithm is presented.An improved IEEE 69-node distribution network example is used to prove the feasibility of the proposed indicators and optimization method.
