摘    要:为了快速切除故障并避免越级跳闸,提出一种基于通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)的分布智能馈线自动化系统.建立了配电网的分区模型,描述了分布智能馈线自动化系统的组成.论述了开环运行配电网和闭环运行配电网的故障定位机理、故障自动隔离机制和健全区域自动恢复机制,并分别以开环运行配电网、闭环运行配电网和多开闭所级联的情形为例进行了详细说明,结果表明所建议的方法能够一次将故障隔离和恢复进行到位,显著加快了故障处理速度并有效避免了越级跳闸,提高了供电可靠性.

Abstract:In order to quickly clear off the fault and avoid over-tripping,a GOOSE based distributed intelligent feeder automation system is put forward. A partitioning model is established for distribution networks. The structure of the feeder automation system proposed is described.
