| 摘 要： | 智能电网建设是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,不仅涉及技术问题,还需要全社会的参与。文中分析了智能电网的概念成因、发展需求及本质动因,揭示智能电网的深层次内涵,特别指出在智能电网发展的初期,不能一味强调"智能"的外向表现而忽视物理载体和支撑技术的建设,必须遵循可靠性原则,夯实电网结构,以全局视野实现电网安全性与经济性的高效优化协调。剖析了智能电网建设的相关技术需求和关键突破点,从本质动因层面对中国坚强智能电网建设进行有益探索。
