摘    要:安全预警和决策支持(EWSC)系统作为未来控制中心自动化系统的重要功能,一方面需要对能量管理系统(EMS)成熟功能进行封装,另一方面需要适应自动化系统功能演变的需要.提出了一种基于多代理系统(MAS)的软件开发范式,用于开发EWSC系统的软件构架.该系统具有一个松散、开放的可插入式结构.其中核心框架是负责系统通信和任务调度的协调层,是相对固定的;其余部分为独立模块,由一系列相对独立的决策分析和人机表达智能体组成,可以独立开发,方便地嵌入系统.在该框架下系统各个模块层次分明,具有很强的解耦性,并且可以实现把历史遗留系统集成到新的环境中.基于文中所提出的软件构架的在线EWSC系统已在某省级电网投运.

Abstract:The early warning and security countermeasure(EWSC)system is a new development of the control center system.The functions of this system are being evolved continuously and the energy management system(EMS)is also necessarily preserved in the implementation of the EWSC system.In this paper,an agent-based software development paradigm is proposed and deployed in the EWSC system software framework.This system has an open and loosely coupled plug-in architecture,of which the kernel is called the core framework,while the other components are independent modules that can be developed individually and are easily embedded in the system.Furthermore,the EMS can be conveniently wrapped and integrated into the EWSC system.The application of the EWSC system in a provincial power system shows that the design of the system is rational and practical.
