| 摘 要： | 首先对电网灵活规划的概念、性质和意义进行了阐述，同时介绍了对影响电网规划的不确定性因素的处理方法及潮流计算方法，着重对目前国内外电网灵活规划的一些主要研究成果进行了论述和分析，最后对未来电网灵活规划的发展提出了一些建议和设想。

| Abstract: | Modern electric power network planning is influenced by more and more uncertain factors.To overcome the shortcomings of traditional planning methods and improve the adaptability,robustness and flexibility,the concept of electric power network flexible planning has been proposed.Firstly,the concept,characteristics and significance of electric power network flexible planning are presented.How to deal with uncertain factors and power flow are introduced too.Then some major achievements of the electric power network flexible planning are detailed.Finally,some advice and suggestion on the future development of the electric power network flexible planning are put forward. |
