| Abstract: | Regional stability control is an efficient method to keep the security andstability of power system.This paper discusses some key problems in regional stabilitycontrol. First, the regional stability control is divided into two classes; centralizedand decentralized, the decentralized control is recommended. Second, among all schemes ofproducing control decision table, the "on-line pre-decision, real-time match and control"scheme is better and will be the trend. Third, double loop communication channels aremore suitable for communication between substations. In addition, control commands trasmissionmethods. methods to improve reliability and the experience and significance of modularizationand standardilization are also discussed. |
