阀门流量特性对功率振荡影响的仿真分析

摘    要:为分析阀门流量特性对发电机组功率振荡的影响机制,建立了考虑阀门流量特性的机电耦合仿真模型,并通过仿真实验分别研究了流量特性的数值偏差和变化率偏差对机组功率阶跃响应的影响。仿真结果表明,若阀门流量特性的偏差只是数值偏差,不存在变化率偏差时,机组的功率响应特性基本不变。当阀门流量特性的变化率偏差超出汽轮发电机组整体闭环系统的稳定裕度时,机组就容易在小扰动情况下出现功率振荡。

Abstract:To analyze the impact mechanism of valve flow characteristics on power oscillation, an electromechanical coupling simulation model considering the valve flow characteristics is developed. And simulation is carried out to learn about the impact of numerical deviation and slope deviation of flow characteristics on the step response of the unit power. The simulation results show that if the valve flow characteristics deviation is just a numerical deviation in the absence of any slope deviation from the flow characteristics, the unit power response characteristics will, in the main, remain unchanged. When the slope deviation exceeds the overall stability margin of the closed-loop system of a turbine-generator unit, the unit is prone to power oscillation in the presence of small signal disturbance.
