摘    要:针对目前电网中存在的问题,结合"软件定义"的理念,提出了软件定义电网的概念;分析了软件定义电网的特点,实现电网的管理、运行和控制的部分或全部分离;将软件定义电网分成应用定义层、运行控制层、物理设备层三层体系结构,并定义了应用定义层和运行控制层之间的北桥接口以及运行控制层和物理设备层之间的南桥接口,详述了各层及接口的功能;通过分析软件定义电网的两个应用实例,即软件定义电网在配电网中的应用和虚拟电厂中的应用,说明了软件定义电网的优势。

Abstract:In order to tackle the existing problems in power grid, we propose the concept of software defined grid by incorporating the software defined idea for the first time. And we analyze the characteristics of software defined grid featuring the separation of part or all of the grid management, operation and control. Then we delimit the detailed advantages of software defined grid, illustrate the architecture of software defined grid consisting of three layers and two interfaces between layers, and detail the functionality of each layer and interface. Finally, we demonstrate two applications of concept of software defined grid, which are mainly on the power distribution network and virtual power plant to show the advantages of software defined grid.
