电力企业信息网络安全管理系统设计与实现

如何保障电力企业信息网络的安全是一个重要而实际的问题。文中结合电力企业网络安全技术与安全需求的实际状况，提出了一种网络安全体系结构模型，并在此基础上设计、实现了网络安全管理系统(NSMS)。NSMS结合安全技术与安全管理，并综合考虑网络、系统、用户、应用及数据方面的安全措施，对电力企业信息网的使用进行统一的安全规划，以实现系统多层次安全保障。文中详细介绍了NSMS的结构设计和功能设计。

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INFORMATION NETWORK SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR POWER ENTERPRISES

How to guarantee the security of the information network of power enterprises is an important and practical problem. This paper provides a model for information network security according to the actual status of network security technology and security demand of power enterprises. On the basis of the model, the network security management system (NSMS) is designed. By combining security technology with security management, and with the security measures for the network, system, user, application and data taken into consideration, a unified security layout of the information network for power enterprises is realized to guarantee multi-layer security. The structural and functional design of NSMS is discussed in detail.
