摘    要:为了解决甘肃酒泉千万千瓦风电基地大规模风电并网难题,缓解电网运行、调度和电力市场管理的压力,文中从风电场的实际情况出发,提出了风电预测预报系统的总体方案,对建设风电预测预报系统方案中的数据采集、风能预测预报和风电预测预报模式进行了研究,提出了将多种预测方法结合的解决途径.

Abstract:To solve the difficulty of integrating 10 GW wind power of Jiuquan District into Gansu Power System,relieve operation and dispatch pressure due to a large scale of wind power grid integration,and promote power market management,a practical wind power forecast scheme is proposed.The data collection,wind speed forecast and wind power forecast model are studied,and an integral forecast method is presented.
