电力市场竞价模型与原理

摘    要:描述了完整的电力市场竞价模型。提出了全网统一边际成本结算时竞价原理是等报价准则,按发电机组实际报价结算时竞价原理是发电成本等微增率准则。指出了经典经济调度程序可直接用于电力市场竞价。

Abstract:A complete bidding m odel is described for power m arkets.Its principle is the equal bidding price criteria in the case of clearing based on the unified m arginal cost,while it is the equal incremental cost criteria for generators in the case of clearing based on the practical generators bidding.It is pointed out that the classical econom ic dispatching program can be applied directly for bidding of power market.
