摘    要:现有的配电网安全域与供电能力大都基于N-1安全准则,文中提出了N-0安全(即正常运行约束下)的城市配电网安全域模型和供电能力模型。首先,分析了研究N-0下的安全域及供电能力的必要性。然后,分别提出了N-0下配电网安全域和供电能力模型及供电能力曲线的概念和数学模型。最后,通过算例验证了所提模型的有效性,并分析了安全域与供电能力在N-0和N-1下的区别、联系以及在运行和规划中的使用方法。

Abstract:The existing researches on distribution system security region(DSSR)and supply capability are mainly based on N-1 security criterion. This paper proposes the model of security region and supply capability with N-0 security(normal operation constraints)for urban distribution network. Firstly, the necessity of studying DSSR and supply capability with N-0 security is analyzed. Secondly, the concepts and mathematical models of DSSR and supply capability with N-0 security and the supply capability curve are proposed. Finally, the proposed model is verified by case study. The differences and relations of security region and supply capability between N-0 security and N-1 security are analyzed, and their application methods in operation and planning are also summarized.
